The Christian Shelter received a timely and welcomed visit from Rosemont College (PA) on March 3rd, 4th and 5th, 2020. The Rosemont team renovated a portion of the file storage area, built shelving to hold a massive amount of paper records, installed thresholds, painted, installed moldings and helped to renovate an apartment. The Rosemont team was a great blessing to the Christian Shelter during their visit.
The students and leader from Rosemont comported themselves with dignity and hard work to “show themselves approved”, as they toiled to provide valuable services to the Christian Shelter. The Christian Shelter was greatly blessed by their faith, works, devotion and presence. Thank you Rosemont College team!
Rosemont College, a school founded based upon the catholic faith principals and located on the suburban Main Line west of Philadelphia, has now visited the Christian Shelter for the third year. These five (5) student/leaders dedicated their Spring Break to sharing Christ’s love and to advancing “the dignity of each person” and “promoting justice with compassion” core college missions. We are blessed!
