The Christian Shelter is inviting applications for the paid position of Night Staff Worker – both female and male.  We are looking for people who have accepted Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior and are being called by Him to minister to people who are homeless, hurting and in need.  Applicants need to have a high school diploma and be active members of a local church.  Some experience in working with homeless people is desirable.   A Night Staff Worker is responsible for supervising the Shelter guests and activities from 4:45 PM to 8:00 AM the next morning.  Night Staff will have their own bed room for sleeping between the hours of 11:00 PM and 6:00 AM.  Two Night Staff workers will share this duty as a team each night.  Generally Night Staff Workers are scheduled to work one, two or three nights per week.
